A member of the Management Committee, Jim Ducay is responsible for Space Systems & Operations, Terrestrial Systems & Operations, and Marketing & Product Management. Mr. Ducay has extensive communications industry experience, particularly in the areas of Internet/data, wireless, Voice over IP (VoIP), electronic commerce, and enterprise solutions. Most recently, Mr. Ducay served as Chief Operating Officer of San Diego-based Acceris Communications Inc., where he managed marketing, sales, engineering and network operations, information technology, customer care, financial operations and technology development. Other past positions include Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Ameritech Interactive Media Services where he was responsible for Ameritech's Internet products and related sales channels, and Vice President and Managing Director positions at NYNEX/Bell Atlantic. Mr. Ducay has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago that complements his Master's and Bachelor of Science degrees in Engineering from the University of Illinois. |
